With the ZEGA World luggage system, we offer a luggage solution for extreme conditions, backed by 30 years of experience and thousands of kilometers of testing. Our ZEGA luggage systems are designed and tuned specifically for each motorcycle model and are manufactured in Niedereschach, Germany, with extensive quality controls.

The Zega Mundo was developed with 100% pure functionality in mind. This aluminum case unifies the concepts of practicality, strength and technical simplicity. For maximum strength, the indestructible body made of 1.5 mm thick aluminum sheets is riveted to a one-piece aluminum plate with special rivets, which adds considerable extra rigidity. In addition, the generously integrated silicone bead ensures that the connection area is watertight for life. The same applies to the aluminum profile used for the upper end of the case body. It increases the rigidity of the case and thanks to the integrated gasket fits into the lid profile and guarantees a completely watertight seal.

The design and the materials chosen reflect the experience accumulated during more than 30 years of adventures and expeditions on the most demanding trails all over the world, resistant to hours and days of vibrations on undulating pistes, as well as punctual loads produced when passing through deep undercuts at speed. The high material and tensile strength provide maximum resistance in the event of contact with an obstacle or a fall.

Produced in Niedereschach, the Mundo case benefits from the most advanced technologies, such as those used in the production of the Zega PRO and Zeva EVO cases. This is complemented by the precision of computer-controlled machinery and the extensive know-how of our specialized and intensively trained staff.

Like the other cases in the Zega family, the Mundo is also equipped with lockable stainless steel fittings. These not only allow the lid to be completely removed, but can also function as hinges, as the case lid can be opened forwards or backwards as required.

The case is secured with the tried-and-tested Touratech system by means of the track-proof brackets, built specifically for each model in 18 mm steel tubing.

On the ZEGA Mundo, the previous large, knurled fixing nuts on the inside of the case have been replaced by ergonomically designed ones that make it even easier to handle, release and place the case in its holder. Its quick assembly and absolutely vibration-free attachment, even after thousands of kilometers on trails, have made this system the first choice for long-distance travelers and demanding riders.

But the ZEGA Mundo is capable of much more than just carrying luggage reliably from A to B. The complete range of ZEGA accessories turns the Mundo into a customized transport system. The ZEGA Mundo is offered in three sizes with 31, 38 or 45 liters of volume. Our pannier racks are made of sturdy 18 mm stainless steel tubing and therefore guarantee high robustness even off normal tracks. An additional brace provides extra stability, making this luggage system also suitable for demanding off-road conditions.

As the pannier rack uses existing mounting points, installation is very easy. The luggage carrier is just as practical on a round-the-world trip as it is in everyday use. For this reason, we have taken special care to ensure that the co-driver is not restricted in any way.
