ZEGA Pro luggage system for Kawasaki Versys 650 (2010-2014)

The aluminum luggage system is very robust and we have tried to bring the luggage racks or panniers as close as possible to the motorcycle. A lot of testing has already been done to ensure that all development meets the requirements.

The carrier is made of 18 mm round tube, mounted on existing fixing points with special fastening clips and reinforcements.

The anodized version of the ZEGA Pro not only shines with a great black look, but also effectively prevents abrasion inside the housing. The extra thick, high quality anodized coating provides special surface protection and prevents color changes.

The box holder is made of a sturdy 2 mm thick round tube with a diameter of 18 mm. Installation is carried out at the existing fixing points. The very robust construction with cross-bracing withstands rough use and fits elegantly into the overall appearance.

The case, which is available with a capacity of 31/31 liters, is light but sturdy and made entirely of 1.5 mm thick aluminum: waterproof, dustproof and of very high quality.
We don't want to be satisfied with a plain plastic construction that is only adorned with aluminum trim for the sake of appearance!

The cover and base of the ZEGA Pro are welded, which guarantees maximum connection rigidity, and the base and housing are riveted with high quality (no cheap rivets). You will not find weld seams at the edges, which often cause leaks. A high quality silicone seal ensures that the contents of this case are protected as well as possible.

The extremely robust protective band on the body is screwed on and can therefore be easily changed and replaced, e.g. after a fall. The same applies to the sturdy protective corners of the case lid, which can be removed completely or only opened on one side; the fasteners serve as hinges.

The ZEGA Pro not only impresses with its technology and workmanship, but also with its many intelligent detail solutions and a modern, protected design with an eye-catching rounded exterior shape. For example, the lid of the box can be adapted with an ingenious handle. The four fixing eyes do not protrude significantly beyond the surface of the box, so it can sit comfortably on the good part.

The easy opening even when using a luggage roll and the numerous special accessories we offer for the ZEGA Pro are further advantages. One of the special refinements of the ZEGA Pro is the sophisticated locking system, which is robust yet easy to use.
