The ZEGA Evo, like all Touratech cases before it, was not developed as a stand-alone product, but was intended from the outset as part of a luggage system. The outstanding practical advantages are the result of the unique combination of an elegant and indestructible case, an ingenious attachment mechanism and a terrain-resistant luggage carrier made of 18 mm thick stainless steel tubing. Matching inner bags and practical accessory holders complete the luggage system (optionally available).

The ZEGA Evo offers even easier mounting than the ZEGA Pro2, with an absolutely secure attachment, even in difficult off-road conditions! It thus combines optimal ergonomics and absolute comfort without sacrificing reliability.

With the new lid latches, we have retained the popular hinge function. This allows the lid to be opened from both sides or removed completely. The lid and base of the case are manufactured using a modern deep-drawing process, which eliminates the need for unsightly welding seams.

The stable connection between the outer shell and the base is ensured by special high-quality waterproof rivets. The lid has a tongue-and-groove profile with integrated silicone gasket, which ensures a tight seal. The newly developed ventilation system relieves pressure inside or on the case if there is a change in altitude. This means you can open a case that closed in the valley at the highest pass road. Like its predecessor, the ZEGA Evo is also made of the established 1.5 mm thick aluminum.

The ZEGA Evo is already equipped with practical accessory attachment pins. So you can easily attach the special ZEGA Evo accessory holders without drilling holes in your new case. As with the previous versions, the proven attachment eyelets are installed in the lid as standard, so that you can attach a special pannier bag or other objects securely to your ZEGA Evo. The saddlebag is easy to transport thanks to the carrying handle.

Whether silver or black anodized, the new ZEGA Evo also sets the standard for high-quality luggage solutions in terms of design. The newly designed, rounded plastic corners are not just a decorative element. In the event of an accident, they protect not only the case but also the driver from injury.

Newly developed fastening system:

The central element of the ZEGA Evo is a completely new, newly designed attachment system on the luggage carriers that combines easy handling with a secure hold. Your saddlebag remains securely attached to your motorcycle even if very high forces are at work. The mounting procedure is super simple, the locking mechanism is equipped with a safety lock that is active even if you don't lock it, and handling is child's play even with the thickest gloves. Simply slide the hooks into the rack and push the tension lever down until it clicks into place. The case can be additionally secured against theft with a padlock on the luggage rack. To remove it, simply pull the tension lever and lift the carrier off the luggage rack. The mechanism also works in demanding conditions: dirt, sand, mud, etc.

Our luggage carriers are made of robust 18 mm round stainless steel tubing and therefore guarantee extremely high stability, even off the beaten track. An additional cross bar provides additional stability, which also makes the luggage system suitable for tough off-road use. Since the suitcase frame uses existing mounting points, installation is child's play.
