Stainless steel tool box for original case holder of BMW R1250GS and Adventure / BMW R1200GS and Adventure

The tool box from Touratech is the ideal solution for the safe storage of small items on your GS. This optimal use of space allows tools, first aid kit, breakdown kit and many other useful items to remain on the bike permanently and unobtrusively. They are always easily accessible with the panniers on or off the bike.

The approximately 4.2-liter storage space is protected against road dirt and has a large opening for easy loading and unloading, even when the panniers are mounted . The lid can be completely removed for even easier loading, a safety mechanism prevents the lid from being lost completely.

The tool box has been developed specifically for the original BMW pannier racks and is matched to the GS in both materials and design. The perfect combination of stainless steel and plastic provides optimum stability and a look that is hard to beat. Even if the panniers are not mounted, it is an absolute eye-catcher.

NOTE: Only mounts on original side cases from BMW. The original rear splash guard must be removed to mount the tool box.

This tool box can also be mounted on any Touratech luggage rack on the outside (away from the wheel) if you want a way to carry tools and are not using hard panniers, or are using soft bags. See instructions in the download section of this product sheet.

On low model motorcycles, this box can only be mounted on the OUTSIDE of the luggage rack. Due to the lower suspension, in full compression the rear wheel may hit the tool box if mounted INSIDE the luggage rack.
