The extension of the protective bracket from Touratech protects the expensive synthetic parts of the fairing to the maximum. It fits perfectly, both technically and visually, to the original KTM crash bar for the "R". The crash bar extension is highly recommended for all 1190 R riders who use their motorcycle for its intended purpose.
A new connection technology allows the extension to be force-fitted to the original crash bar. If necessary, the forces generated are distributed in the best possible way. Thus, the tank fairing and ultimately the tank itself are spared.
The design of the extension fits perfectly into the lines of the machine and also gives it an individual touch.
