The aluminum pannier system features an extremely robust construction.

We strived to bring the panniers and luggage racks as close to the bike as possible. Extensive testing has been carried out to ensure that the entire development meets the required standards.

The frame is made from 18 mm stainless steel tubing and is attached to existing mounting points. Passenger comfort is not compromised at all. In addition, it enhances both the enduro and touring appearance of the Honda XL750 Transalp.

Saddlebag system:

Sturdy steel saddlebag frame made of 18 mm diameter stainless steel tube with 2 mm wall thickness. Bolted cross member for rigidity. Easy to mount. Uses standard mounting points. No modifications to rear footrests required. Mounting bolts included.

The lid and base of the ZEGA Pro are deep-drawn for maximum rigidity of the connections, and both the base and outer casing feature high-quality rivets. You won't find leaky welded seams along the edges. High-quality silicone seals ensure maximum protection of the contents.

The robust protective strip along the housing is screwed on and can be easily replaced if necessary, e.g. after a fall. The same applies to the robust protective corners of the lid, which can be completely removed or opened on one side only, as the latches also serve as hinges.

The ZEGA Pro not only impresses with its technology and workmanship, but also with its many clever details and its modern, protected design. The rounded lines of the case are striking. In addition, an ingenious handle can be added to the lid. The four fixing eyelets are slightly raised above the surface of the case, making it an ideal seat.
