The TERRA TR55 top case holds two modular helmets and stands out as the lightest aluminum case on the market, weighing only 5.4 kg. Its innovative design minimizes the visual impact on the motorcycle. The TERRA BLACK EDITION version is finished in scratch-resistant matte black paint. This case has been awarded with the ABC Awards due to its focus on solving key aspects for use on adventure motorcycles.
Its aerodynamic and integrated structure is made of a hardenable aluminum alloy, which allows it to have a thickness of only 1.2 mm, guaranteeing high resistance with a minimum weight.
Like all the aluminum cases in the TERRA range, it includes the "TERRA Lock System" (patent pending), consisting of an industrial-grade AISI 304 stainless steel structure. This system facilitates the opening, closing, fastening and removal of the case with just one hand and in a few seconds. In addition, it has AISI 304 stainless steel hinges.
The rubber sealing frame protects the contents from inclement weather, providing water resistance. Also, the interior foam base prevents movement of the load inside.
The keys and cylinder of the TR55 are the premium version from SHAD, with a system that reduces the possibility of theft and a cover to protect the cylinder from dust. The cylinders can be easily changed in less than 5 minutes, allowing the top and side cases to be unified to use a single key. It also includes a third cylinder in the right side case.
Installation of a top master and mounting rack (not included) is required. Three grille options: standard grille SHAD (D1B591PA), aluminum grille (D1BTRPA) or black aluminum grille(D1BTRPA2).
