This height reduction progressive spring kit(-30mm) and standard springs from Touratech Suspension are the best option to lower the height of the KTM 790 Adventure and Adventure R, while improving its handling in the most efficient way. To do this, the kit includes progressive fork springs, a progressive spring for the rear shock tube, fork oil and lubricating paste.

With the height-adjustable versions, you not only reduce/increase the height of your bike, but also give your Africa Twin a significant improvement in handling and braking, both on and off-road, as we discussed in the standard version. Progressive-wound springs for the front and rear suspension offer a smooth ride at slow speeds, but when the road gets rough, the springs are much firmer toward the bottom of the travel where you need them most.
Replacing the front shock and fork springs with these Hyperpro springs developed for Touratech Suspension, are the least expensive alternative as no modifications to the forks or rear shock are required to make these springs work.
They operate using a very soft spring rate for the first 30mm of travel and a normal progressive rate for the remainder, providing a suspension system that is 30mm shorter.
