Set of DDA -50mm Reduction Suspensions / Plug & Travel for BMW R1200GS LC / R1250GS (2017-)

The Touratech Suspension DDA / Plug & Travel shocks simply replace the DDC shocks from BMW. The existing connectors and switches on the handlebars are retained and used as usual. This Touratech Suspension lowering system is fully integrated into the motorcycle via the original BMW control unit. The various riding mode and load setting configurations can still be used on the BMW display. The Touratech suspension system that adapts to every adventurous rider, so all you have to worry about is riding.

This Touratech DDA / Plug & Travel suspension system is built with the same precision components and parts that have been proven in our shock absorbers over thousands of miles of travel, in the most extreme conditions. At the heart of this suspension system is the high-performance DDA valve, developed and patented by Tractive. It allows the damping to adjust in fractions of a second to any driving situation. To withstand the rigors of long-distance travel, our shock absorbers have a larger piston diameter, which means greater oil capacity. This allows for better cooling with a high damping frequency. As a result, the shock absorber and damping are more stable and produce less stress on the joints.

* Important: With this suspension solution, the rear and front of the motorcycle must be adapted simultaneously. The side stand and/or main stand must be adapted to ensure that your BMW R1200GS/R1250GS stands firm.

* The basic configuration mounted here is designed for riders with up to 100 kg of additional luggage. Modifications are possible for a heavier rider (over 100 kg) and / or if the bike is normally ridden with a passenger / with luggage.
