Touratech Suspension Competition Plug & Race Cartridge for BMW S1000RR from 2015 onwards

With the Plug & Race Cartridge from Touratech Suspension, ambitious sport racers have the equipment to enjoy blistering lap times. It is simply replaced by the DDC Cartridge from BMW. The existing plugs and handlebar switches are used as usual. Thus, the fork is still integrated into the bike via the original control unit from BMW. Our suspension team has come up with an excellent basic setup for the BMW S1000RR and based on this, Plug & Race Cartridge can be fully customized to your needs. Optimal balance and good chassis feel will be your key to a perfect Race Performance.

Plug & Race Cartridge Facts& Figures:
- Competition Plug & Race Cartridge is mounted on the original fork.
- Fork bridge/handlebar support, brakes, braking, wheel guidance and steering geometry are retained.
- Initial elastic tension adjustable from above on a fork leg
- This results in an optimally adjustable balance of your bike.
- All riding modes and setting options of the BMW S1000RR DDC system are retained in full.
- The Touratech Plug & Race shock tube can be used in combination with the original BMW fork.
- The Touratech Plug & Race shock tube is operated via the original BMW handlebar instrument cluster.
- Riding modes Rain, Sport, Race with ABS and ASC, Slick and User Mode are fully available.
- High suspension stability, Race-Performance and robustness through an integrated 35 mm twist plunger.
- Closed Cartridge construction, which provides high fork stability.
- Suspension oil (cartridge) and nitrogen in a nitrogen accumulator (bladder) at the base of the Cartridge,
- Thanks to the separation of oil and nitrogen, no foaming or Stickslip is generated in the fork.
- This equals reproducible suspension performance at all times, even under the most extreme conditions.
