With a large rear fuel tank and an appetite for rough roads, the F800GS or GS Adventure demands a compact rear shock that works. While other manufacturers simply removed features to make the shock fit, Touratech went the extra mile and designed a shock that combines the best settings and features in-line with the shock. With Touratech In-Line Extreme Shock, you get adjustable high- and low-speed compression damping, rebound damping, PDS bottom-out protection and hydraulic preload adjustment, all without any remote reservoir to mount.

The Extreme Inline shock tube is unparalleled in its compact dimensions and belongs to the all-star league in the world of suspension technology. The Extreme shock tube has been specially developed for the very restricted space available on the BMW F800GS Adventure. This shock tube is perfectly suited for use on the road and on the road, with frequently varying load and ride states and for the most extreme demands. Even in its compact form it houses our PDS system. A hydraulic breakage protection that prevents this failure even on tracks with the most extreme conditions and a fully loaded motorcycle. It prevents mechanical overload of the shock tube. The damping works according to the road surface. In case you have mounted a larger tank than the original one on your motorcycle or have made modifications to
additional luggage bags, adaptations can be made. We adapt the shock absorber tube
by means of a spring with a higher damping ratio individually to your requirements. Please use our suspension test form and send it back to us after completion.
