Designed to be installed on handlebars. It consists of a type B rubber ball attached to a zinc plated metal U-type base. The base is compatible with handlebars from 0.5" (12.7mm) to 1" (25.4mm) in diameter. Black rubber plugs are included to fit over the excess ends of the U-type screw, as well as an adapter to taper the base to a minimum diameter of 0.5" (12.7mm).
