Precision engineered, this adapter is manufactured in Germany by Touratech from laser-cut stainless steel and aluminum. The mount provides a 12mm crossbar just above your instruments, the perfect location for your GPS display. The 12mm crossbar provides a sturdy mount for any of our keyed GPS brackets from Touratech.

To perfectly accommodate on the R1200GS a GPS device in your viewing angle we have developed a stable stainless steel mounting adapter for almost all GPS handlebar mounts from Touratech. Thus, your GPS device is optimally positioned above the instruments of the R1200GS.

This mounting adapter is integrated into the front end of the R1200GS. The bracket is so wide that, for example, a GPS device can be positioned according to individual preference.

If several GPS devices with holders are used, it is impossible to prevent a small part of the instruments from being obscured due to the size of the devices etc.. But since the exact position can be chosen, the adjustment can be made as desired.
