Practical advantages and pleasant handling

The ZEGA Evo is easier to hang than the ZEGA Pro2, with absolute stability support, even on the toughest offroad trails. It combines optimal ergonomics with absolute comfort.

In the new lid closures we have retained the very popular hinge function, which allows the lid to be opened from both sides or even removed completely. The lid and base are manufactured using a modern deep-drawing process, which makes it possible to dispense with welding joints that detract from the aesthetics.

The solid connection between the casing and the bottom is ensured by special waterproof rivets. The lid has a tongue and groove profile with an integrated silicone seal to ensure a watertight seal. Ventilation ensures that the case is not subjected to as much pressure when changing height. Like its predecessor, the ZEGA Evo is made of 1.5 mm thick aluminum.

The ZEGA Evo is already equipped with practical attachment pins for accessories. Therefore, you can easily attach the special ZEGA Evo accessory holders without having to drill holes in your new cases. The well-established attachment eyelets are installed as standard on the lid for securely attaching special bags or other objects. There is also a practical carrying handle for easy transport.

The newly designed rounded plastic corners are not only a decorative element, but also protect the case itself or the rider in the event of an accident.

Newly developed fastening system

The core element of the ZEGA Evo is a completely new development, construction and mounting system. Located in the case holder, it combines practical handling with a solid hold. The case remains securely attached to the bike even under the effect of high forces.

Fixing it is really easy, the lock is equipped with a security system even without locking and handling is child's play even when wearing the thickest gloves. Simply slide the hooks over the bracket and press down the clamping lever until it snaps into place. The case can be additionally secured against theft. To remove it from the bike, simply pull the clamping lever and lift the case out of its holder. The mechanism also works under difficult conditions: dirt, sand, mud, etc.
