ZEGA Pro Case

Until now, our pre-assembled cases Touratech ZEGA Pro were only sold together with the pannier racks, but now they can also be purchased separately. They have the special feature that Touratech has already assembled the mounting kit used to attach the cases to the bracket. So there is no need to waste time measuring and drilling. Nothing moves or swings, either, because the pre-assembled case fits perfectly with the case holder from Touratech. The locking latches are operated from the inside and secure the case to the bracket, acting as an anti-theft lock. The case can be easily removed without tools.

ZEGA Pro

With a modern design and the highest level of technology, our designers have succeeded in creating a masterpiece with ZEGA Pro.

With a lightweight yet stable design, this case is available in a 31-liter capacity, made entirely of 1.5 mm thick, waterproof and dustproof aluminum , manufactured from the best materials; we are not content with a simple plastic structure, adorned with preformed aluminum parts for visual appearance only.

The lid and base of the ZEGA Pro are welded together for maximum connection rigidity, high quality rivets on the base and liner (no cheap rivets). There are no weld seams at the edges, which often lead to a lack of tightness. A high-quality silicone gasket provides maximum protection for the contents of the case.

The extremely robust protective strip on the case is screwed on and can therefore be easily changed and replaced, e.g. after a fall. The same applies to the stable protective corners of the case cover, which can be removed completely or opened on one side only, the latches serve as hinges.

The ZEGA Pro is impressive not only because of its technology and workmanship, but also because of many clever details and a modern, protected design, where the rounded outer form is the center of attention. For example, the case lid can be retrofitted with an ingenious grip. The four handles do not protrude too far above the surface of the case so that you can sit comfortably on the workpiece.

Among the special features of the ZEGA Pro is the ingenious locking system, which is robust and at the same time easy to operate.
