Modular helmet Nexx X.Vilitur Stigen

The Nexx X.Vilitur is the new bet of the Portuguese brand for the section of modular models, designed from scratch, follows the sporty line of his older brothers, the X.Wed2 but taking maximum care of the Touring part of the helmet.

The last will be the first:

Being one of the last brands to launch a range of modular helmets, this X.Vilitur has become a benchmark within the segment, thanks to its studied design and exceptional road performance.

The new position of the visor and its wide angle of vision thanks to the X-sensus vision technology has a 15% more angle of vision, providing a great riding experience.

The visor is anti-scratch and prepared for the use of anti-fog pinlock, has of course a built-in sun visor that prevents the entry of 99% of ultraviolet light.

For the change of the visor has been designed a new ultra-simple to use and fast system, the X-Swift.

New optimized air inlets:

"Air Dynamic System" This is the name of the helmet's optimized ventilation system, a system that has two front and upper air inlets, and two hot air outlets at the rear of the shell, this system optimizes the circulation of hot and cold air from the outside to the inside of the helmet, renewing the air constantly.

New interiors, greater comfort:

In the X.Vilitur every detail has been taken care of in its manufacture, and the interior could not be an exception. Much of the brand's R+D+I time has been invested in it, a development that has resulted in the helmet having a new, more comfortable interior and, above all, optimizes the silence inside the helmet; new anti-vibration and noise interior pads have been developed, as well as an interior with anti-allergic and breathable fabric.

The entire interior, including the smallest parts, are removable, washable and made with the new X-Mart Dry technology, which is quick-drying, twice as fast as conventional cotton.

The challenge of soundproofing:

Nexx the X.Vilitur, a helmet of new bet could not be different, but they had to make it even better; so they have poured all their experience of 20 years to provide this model with the best available technology in terms of soundproofing, such as Vortex technology in the chin area that manages to reduce the aerodynamic momentum, making the user does not notice jerks of the helmet when increasing the speed. The helmet has also been equipped with new double sealing gaskets on the visor, a vital point of noise entry, making the fit of the visor perfect.

The new inner pads have been designed to contribute to comfort and silence inside the helmet, since thanks to their anti-noise design, they deflect the wind towards the outside, reducing turbulence and unwanted sound.

100% Carbon Fiber shell in the X.Vilitur Zero Pro Carbon and Multi-fibers.

This Zero Pro Carbon has been manufactured with the highest quality standards, the model has the shell in 100% carbon fiber X-Carbon. This gives this model maximum lightness and flexibility in case of impact.

The X.Vilitur is also manufactured in other finishes with the special Multi-fiber shell from Nexx known as X-Matrix 2, a perfect solution that combines weight, robustness and quality of finish to the helmet.

This new formula combines an advanced superposition of multi-directional fiber layers and very high quality composite materials, guaranteeing maximum impact resistance and a minimum penetration rate, far superior to conventional fiberglass.

This new way of manufacturing the shell allows it to be ultralight, more resistant and stronger.

Safety and double homologation:

This X.Vilitur has been manufactured looking for the maximum of safety for the user, for this reason it has double P/J homologation, something that is appreciated in the hottest months of the year.

For this, it has all its locking mechanisms, including the micrometric closure in 100% stainless steel or special aluminum with anti-corrosion treatment.

The chin guard opening system has been designed to ensure easy operation even with gloves and also has an anti-opening security system, the Super Locker 360º double pivot system is the one that ensures that the visor is fully locked at the top of the helmet when we lift it.

3 shell sizes to ensure maximum size adjustment:

As usual in al Portuguese brand, the helmet has three shell sizes in its manufacture, for the smallest sizes goes from XXS to S, for intermediate sizes another shell from size M-L and finally, for the largest sizes, which carries the shell that goes from XL to 3XL.

Communication:

Nexx has had the collaboration of the prestigious brand SENA for the manufacture of its integrated communication system for its helmets, this system is perfectly integrated into the outer shell of the helmet and in the holes specifically designed in the EPS of the same for integration; the system used by this model is the X-COM 2, a system designed with 3 easy access buttons to quickly control the intercom, it also has hands-free and exceptional sound quality.

This Bluetooth system will allow us to enjoy our music or conversation up to 10h uninterrupted and connectivity with other partners up to 8 users. Of course, it has the noise reduction system "advance noise control" that has given such good results in other devices of the brand SENA.

Supports for action cameras:

In order to immortalize our best moments on the bike, this helmet comes standard with two removable brackets to facilitate the placement of a camera on the helmet, both at the top of the shell and on the sides.

Winter membrane:

One of the most striking advances of the X.Vilitur is its interior, which in addition to everything mentioned above has a new membrane for winter that improves the flow control of cold air, being possible to cancel the effect of the membrane by simply folding it towards the inside of the helmet in the hottest months.
