OS soft cases share many of the characteristics of traditional Adventure "hard luggage" with the added benefits of durability and safety for riding in the most demanding environments.

The structured shape of the saddlebag allows for greater packing and control of the interior load. The 100% waterproof webbing closure and removable white inner liner ensure that the contents of the pack remain protected from any mishaps.

The soft saddlebags are mounted on the OS-Platform specially designed to attach directly to the YAMAHA's luggage rack. The saddlebags take less than a minute to mount and remove thanks to the two straps and quick-release buckles. The straps themselves help compress the saddlebag firmly into position for maximum stability. No additional straps are required.

Constructed from the highest quality materials, including ultra-abrasion resistant Hypalon + 1000D Cordura® with Kevlar® webbing and alloy buckles.

Technical Specifications

The bracket is designed with Nylon 6, lighter than alloy and very strong. It is machined with optional attachment points for mounting an OS saddlebag or Rotopax fuel/water canister.

The YAMAHA/GIVI pannier racks are designed to mount aluminum panniers with recesses and do not have a flat profile on the exhaust side. This special edition OS-Platform includes a stainless steel adapter to flatten the profile and provide a very stable mounting location for the OS-Platform.

The adapter is laser cut stainless steel that attaches to the OS-PLATFORM on the exhaust side with 3 Nyloc bolts and nuts. It attaches to the top of the YAMAHA/GIVI case holder using 2 of the aluminum alloy clamps. The remaining 4 clamps attach the OS-Platform directly to the case, providing a very strong and stable base for adding an OS saddlebag or Rotopax fuel/water canister.

The profile of the YAMAHA/GIVI pannier rack on the opposite side of the exhaust is flat and therefore the standard 16mm - 20mm OS-Platform fits perfectly on this side.
