Mesh Communication

Designed to optimize and repair itself, constantly searching for the best connection and automatically establishing a new one when a device disconnects. The Cast system has two different Mesh modes: Open Mesh and Group Mesh. Open Mesh allows many users to connect within an effective range of 1.1 km, providing a powerful network. Group Mesh is designed for private sessions, accommodating up to 24 participants.

Hearing Protection

The Cast headset provides effective communication capabilities in noisy, bustling workplaces.

Two styles are available:

- over-the-head earmuffs with a noise reduction rating of 28 dB, and

- integrated headset design with a 23 dB rating.

The headset prioritizes safety and comfort, and incorporates a hands-free intercom system and a user-friendly design with three buttons for easy control.

Full-Duplex Technology

Cast addresses these concerns by enabling hands-free communication. This system allows workers to communicate effortlessly and keep their hands free from distractions while working.

Connection with Sena Smartphone App

Cast allows for easy modification of settings via the app such as intercom activation, channel frequency setting,

setting of speed dial options, programming of preferred FM stations, etc. This seamless integration allows you to

customize your headset experience according to your preferences.

Extended wearing time

The talk time of the CAST when connected to Sena's patented Mesh network can reach up to 9 hours.

The battery fully charges in just 2.5 hours via a USB Type-C port. Alternatively, the CAST can be powered by 3 AAA batteries.
