The Profile-V is a new helmet from Arai. It has a fresh, aggressive, comfortable style with the maximum protection and features expected from the brand, and also incorporates easier ON and OFF access for easy on and off.
Like all Arai, the Profile-V uses a heavy-duty outer shell designed to absorb impact forces while maintaining integrity, working with a softer multi-density insert.
It is designed around the Variable Axis System (VAS) for a softer shape and Hyper Ridge reinforcement, which lowers the center of gravity by expanding by 5 mm. With the VAS system, the mounting position of the visor is lowered, allowing an average of 24 mm more around both temple areas, in search of the ideal smoother shape that will increase the ability to dissipate impact energy. As a result, it has been possible to achieve a smoother shell along and below the Snell standard test line.
It is equipped with dual intake vents, rear vents and a 3-way chin vent plus five exhausts. The VAS-V Max vision visor is Pinlock-ready and uses our F1-derived locking mechanism; the semi-removable interior features Facial Contour System (FCS) and speaker pockets. Optional Pro Shade System (PSS) can be fitted.
