ARAI QUANTIC HELMET

The Arai Quantic is a helmet designed to offer the ultimate in safety, comfort and aerodynamics, with an attention to detail that is characteristic of Arai, making the helmet ideal for riders looking for uncompromising performance.

Protection and Construction

The outer shell of the Quantic is made of PB e-cLc (Peripherally Belted e-Complex Laminate Construction), a structure that offers lightweight strength and high shock absorption capacity. The soft, rounded shape of the shell is a key feature of Arai helmets, helping to distribute impact forces and "bounce back" rather than directly absorb energy. The Variable Axis System (VAS) allows for a lower mounting position for the visor, which increases the ability to dissipate energy during an impact and improves aerodynamics.

Ventilation

The Quantic has an advanced ventilation system, consisting of 13 ports: 7 intake and 6 exhaust. Highlights include the 3D duct with the Arai logo, which improves airflow at the front and works well at low speeds, and the air chin vent, which allows airflow to be adjusted in three positions. In addition, the exhaust and rear spoiler system helps to extract hot air and improves helmet stability at high speeds, reducing rider fatigue.

Visibility

The helmet is equipped with a VAS MAX Vision visor, which provides optimum visibility in all conditions, along with a closure system inherited from Formula 1 to ensure total watertightness. It also includes a Pinlock insert to prevent fogging, even in high humidity conditions.

The screen closure system Inherited directly from our F1 helmet, the screen opening-closing system works on three axes and in locked position, closes the screen like never before. By lifting the system with a simple gesture (also with gloves) it is possible to activate the de-mist function or to open the visor completely.

Comfort and Adjustment

The interior of the Quantic is designed to provide maximum comfort, with high quality materials such as brushed nylon. It features replaceable cheek pads and the Facial Contouring System (FCS), which improves fit and comfort under the chin. In addition, the Emergency Release System (ERS) allows for quick helmet removal in the event of an accident, facilitating the rider's medical attention.

The cubrenariz works in conjunction with the Dual-Pivot® chin guard ventilation to better direct cool air to the inner surface of the shield, while directing hot breathable air downward to be drawn away from the inner surface of the helmet.

The lower part of the helmet has an attached fabric to cover the chin area, which also accentuates the oval shape. This fabric has a dual function: it blocks air ingress from below from turbulence and increases negative pressure to improve the FFS system's air egress function, extracting more air from the mouth area. The improved airflow further reduces noise.
