The X.R3R helmet is distinguished by its lightweight, aerodynamic construction, designed to minimize air resistance and maximize ventilation, thus ensuring optimal cooling and comfort. The effectiveness of its aerodynamic design is due to a meticulous process that begins with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis to virtually optimize its shape, followed by extensive wind tunnel and road testing. Efficiency and performance

Every detail in the design of the outer shell and external components is engineered to reduce drag pressure and ensure maximum efficiency. An aerodynamic hull that focuses on speed improves ventilation and adds a number of safety features.

Rear spoiler extension

A translucent race-style spoiler extension can be added to improve stability at high speeds.

Bolt-on, this additional rear spoiler extension features a breakaway design for maximum safety standards.

Experience the lightness

Designed for elite and weight-conscious riders, the new X-PRO carbon with 3K carbon fabrics is 10% lighter than other carbon clinchers and offers increased stiffness and maximum strength.

The high fiber content (≥ 60%) maximizes the mechanical properties of the composite deck, while the fiber distribution ensures uniform strength in all directions along with an exquisite appearance.

The complex aerodynamic concept of the X.R3R is designed to maximize its performance, with 0 dynamic weight at 160 km/h (100 mph).

Feeling fresh

Aero testing determined that the X.R3R ventilation system is superior and promotes airflow through the helmet from the front to the rear.

With six air intakes and four exhaust vents for ventilation, you can have total control over the amount of airflow through the helmet to keep your head as cool as possible under the pressures of race track riding.

Chin ventilation system

The elongated chin vent shape helps draw in more air, with an effective channeling system to disperse cool air through the visor and face area.

An extra inlet is also incorporated at the bottom, made of anti-vibration rubber and can be easily opened and closed by means of an internal switch.

X-mart dry inner fabric

The 3D thermoformed interiors are fully changeable and washable, with anti-allergic and anti-breathable properties, made with X-Mart Dry fabric that keeps the interior dry and cool on warmer days and offers better insulation on colder days.

Floating on asphalt

The X.R3R's comprehensive soundproofing concept includes Vortex generators in the chin area to reduce aerodynamic drag and lift and a double rubber sealing profile around the visor, configured to improve sound insulation. Together with an Aero design, the visor reduces a substantial amount of wind noise by allowing good airflow over your face.

Anti-vibration plates

The special rubber anti-vibration plates on the visor are designed to absorb and evenly distribute vibrations at nominal levels. They are perfect for helping to reduce noise levels and cancel vibration transmission to adjacent structures in the viewfinder.

Viewfinder rebate system

With its spring-loaded side base plates, it automatically adjusts and pulls the protector back against the double-lipped window flange for a perfect airtight seal.

Double locking

The double-locking visor safety system prevents unexpected sudden opening of the visor protector and can be easily opened with gloves.

With a horizontal field of 225º, a vertical field of view of 85º, the two-dimensional viewfinder, made of unbreakable PC Lexan, optical class I and anti-scratch, is prepared for the application of tear-offs.

A purpose-designed racing interior

X.R3R's modular interior padding is a unique approach to high-speed comfort and stability that allows individual adjustment of the center padding and cheek pads.

All inner parts, including the thick neck roll, are removable, with anti-allergic and antibacterial properties and seamless in sensitive areas.

Feeling secure

X.R3R's multi-density EPS liner system is designed to allow cooling air to travel unrestricted through tunnels created in 5 different zones with varying densities for maximum impact protection in key areas around the racer's head.

ECE 22-06 APPROVED

Welcome to a new era of security.

The X.R3R comes with the new 'ECE 22-06' homologation that includes new tests performed at higher speeds, with more impact locations and improved shock absorption capability and additional requirements for features such as chin guards and retractable visors.

X.R3R will also be submitted to the FIM Racing homologation program required to compete at the international level, including MotoGP.

EMERGENCY STRAP V2

Incorporated into the interior side pads, the new Emergency Strap system V2 has been re-designed to allow easier and smoother access and removal of the helmet's side interiors by trained medical teams in the event of an accident.

X-LOCK SYSTEM

The entire X.R3R collection comes with MotoGP standard double D-ring and X-LOCK magnetic button for easy final attachment.

Removable chinstrap cover

The chin covers are removable and washable for ease and cleanliness after more extreme forays on the race track.
