Helmet Shoei Hornet ADV Sovereing

The Hornet ADV shell integrates AIM+ (Advanced Integrated Matrix Multi-Fiber) technology for high rigidity and light weight. The shell structure is composed of several layers of strong fiberglass, organic fibers and high-performance fibers to absorb impacts with optimal rigidity.

After developing innovative solutions for racing helmets such as the X-Spirit II and VFX-W, Shoei has incorporated its unique emergency quick release system into the Hornet ADV. This system allows medical personnel to easily remove the pads from the injured rider. Once the side pads are removed, the helmet can be safely removed from the rider's head without having to strain the neck area to avoid possible injury.

With all the advantages of an all-terrain helmet for exploring new terrain, but with the comfort of a full-face helmet at the same time, the Hornet ADV is the perfect companion for every small or big adventure.

In order to improve the performance and usability of the premium brand, Shoei has taken an in-depth look at the uses of this type of model and completely revised it. They maintain their high performance in any climate, any terrain and any circumstances, while improving fundamental aspects for long-distance travel, such as aerodynamics and ventilation.

High performance ventilation system

✓ Innovative top air intake in the center of the visor. Effectively conducts wind into the helmet. It has a shutter that allows to stop the entry of the wind when necessary.

✓ Air inlet at the lower front part. Fresh air effectively accesses inside the hull and improves cooling performance. Can be opened and closed.

✓ Rear air outlets: 4 at the top and 3 at the neck. Effectively expels hot air from inside the helmet.

✓ New design of the nose area: its original design eliminates the nose protection, moving it away from conventional On-Off helmets. Its shape has evolved to improve air intake and ventilation performance. In addition, the space around the mouth is protected as in motocross helmets to adapt to the heavy breathing typical of off-road riding.
