If you have the original BMW protection bars on your R1250GS or GSA, you may have noticed the lack of reinforcement at the rear. With no rear bracing, the cylinders on your 1250 are vulnerable to severe damage during hard falls.
Touratech the 1250 has seen the need and has designed a solution to this weak point of the original protection bars. This set of reinforcement bars rests on the rear of the original fenders directly on the motorcycle chassis, giving the rider peace of mind on your BMW. Manufactured from solid 25mm thick electro-polished stainless steel tubing, these braces are perfect to match the stock fenders and complement their design. The bars are easy to install and come complete with all necessary mounting hardware.
Thanks to their electro-polished surface and the use of the same diameter, they fit perfectly, both technically and optically, to the engine protection bracket BMW of the GS.
