The radiator of the Explorer 3-cylinder is relatively large and therefore prone to dirt and stone chips. The original plastic radiator guard only fulfills its protective function to a limited extent on hard gravel roads, so we recommend replacing it with an aluminum guard.

The original plastic radiator guard only does a limited job of protecting the radiator on hard gravel roads, so we recommend replacing it with an aluminum radiator guard.
