Crankcase extension for Triumph Tiger 900 Rally

We have created an extension that matches the engine protection. It follows the same design line, both technically and visually. The extension covers the gap between the engine guard and the rear wheel.

Particularly on unpaved terrain, this is an enormous advantage. This means that nothing can get caught on the main stand and hold the motorcycle back.

In addition, the engine guard extension protects the suspension damper tube routing from damage by stones or other flying debris.

but in on-road applications it also comes in handy! Multiple beveled edges on the 4 mm aluminum plate provide maximum stability.

The ground clearance is not reduced.
