If you're looking for maximum protection for your Africa Twin, the RallyForm crankcase cover from Touratech is the first heavy-gauge aluminum solution that uses a deep-drawing manufacturing technique to generate maximum protection.

We start with a 4mm sheet of aluminum and use precision tooling with 500,000 pounds of force to press it into the proper shape to provide shielding for your engine.

Cold stamping the sheet into a three-dimensional shape creates some important benefits. First, the process changes the crystalline structure of the material, resulting in a harder coating for greater dent resistance.

This manufacturing process also completely eliminates the need for welds, a place where cracks often begin.

Designed with smooth radius curves, the housing is a much stronger structure than other skid plates on the market. Beyond strength, there are more benefits. With no sharp corners to snag or get stuck on obstacles, the RallyeForm skid plate will glide over deep sand or rough terrain making it a smooth experience for both the bike and rider.

The laser-cut stainless steel subframe adds strength while securing the aluminum shell to the bike. Heavy-duty rubber isolators reduce vibration and absorb shock. The aluminum housing can be easily removed from the stainless steel subframe for oil changes.

Developed for the Touratech racing team, who thoroughly tested this product while racing an Africa Twin at the Hellas Rally, where they won the big bike category and came second overall against more than a hundred 450cc racing bikes. After this amazing result, we started to call this product the Rallye Form oil pan.

The RallyeForm oil pan is available in a standard size that will work with crash bars or bikes with the DCT transmission and an extreme version that will not work with crash bars or DCT. If you have OEM Honda upper crash bars, you will need to order the lower, DCT version of this skid plate.
