Revit Poseidon 3 GTX pant

Like the jacket of the same name, the Poseidon 3 GTX pants protect you from the elements. They are made with two-layer and three-layer GORE-TEX, laminated to the outer layer to combat wind and rain and splashes. This membrane has almost magical properties. It is lightweight and resistant to cuts and pulls. It is breathable and windproof, and 100% waterproof. You'll keep your body warm, dry and protected from any adventure, whatever the season.

A removable and foldable thermal liner adds to a product with the credentials to be effective all year round; without adding extra bulk or weight. On-demand ventilation is achieved with the easily adjustable VCS|Aquadefence system. You open it to let the air flow and close it when the weather goes crazy. FidLock® magnetic closures combine sealing with easy, one-handed operation.

These pants don't just respond to the elements, they protect you on the road, too. Thanks to CE-Level 2 certified SEEFLEX armor at the knees, and flexible, breathable SEESMART CE-Level 1 protectors at the hips. A textured Sure Grip panel in the saddle contact area will keep you from slipping, even in extreme weather. The pants and thermal liner attach to the jacket via a double zipper, providing wraparound protection and comfort all year round.

The GORE-TEX PRO 3-layer (3L) design utilizes a specially processed membrane, which provides high strength. The membrane is bonded to both the robust outer shell and the specially developed inner lining. GORE-TEX PRO garments are highly resistant to abrasions and snags. The three-layer GORE-TEX PRO laminate also benefits from our Tricot Backer technology (a knitted layer). The specially knitted liner also protects the membrane from abrasion on the inside and contributes to the extreme robustness of this laminated trilayer system.

While open, the Aquadefence ventilation system allows direct air intake. When the zipper or front panel is closed, it maintains pressure on the built-in gutter, making the jacket fully waterproof and windproof. With front panels that open for maximum ventilation. Ventilation is nice on warm days, but not so nice when it's cold. These panels can be kept open thanks to the FidLock® magnetic buttons. FidLock® not only harnesses the attractive force of magnets, but also the repulsive force of magnets, providing a secure and strong closure that can still be opened with one hand while riding.

Layers with GORE-TEX are designed for riding in extreme conditions. The fabric is made from firm 400 denier nylon that provides superior tear and abrasion resistance. The benefits of 3 layers are less water absorption from the outer shell, resulting in more comfort and breathability in all weather conditions.
