1.- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION

The company Y-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L with address at Avenida Hospital, 10 - 03550 SAN JUAN DE ALICANTE (Alicante) and identification number B54416730 organizes for promotional purposes the contest (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain* and of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the section of conditions to participate.

The sweepstakes is carried out in collaboration with @majesenmoto, so the mechanics of participation will be carried out through the profiles of their social networks.

2.-START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will start on 27/07/2021, and will end on 16/08/2021

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

The participation requirements will be as follows:

-Participation will be open to those persons residing in Spain and over 18 years of age.

The mechanics of the Promotion consists of following the official account of MotoCenter Company on Instagram. follow the official account of Majesenmoto and comment on the publication of the draw (published in the profile of Majes en Moto) as many times as you want mentioning 2 different friends.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

1 winner/s and 2 alternate/s will be chosen, randomly and provided that it meets the conditions set out in point 3, on 16/08/2021 through the official Instagram profile of MotoCenter Company, specifically through Stories.

The winner/s will get as a prize: a Revit Eclipse jacket and a Summer Edition T-shirt from MotoCenter Company.

5.- LIMITATIONS

If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements set forth in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

The following persons may not participate in the Promotion: (i) Employees employed by any of the companies and other entities with legal personality linked to Y-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L (ii) Individuals who participate directly or indirectly in the capital ofY-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L (iii) Any other individual who has participated directly or indirectly in the organization of this Contest or has been directly or indirectly involved in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.).

The prize awarded shall not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and may not be exchanged for any other product or money.

Y-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L. reserves the right to make any changes, suspend or extend this Promotion if there is just cause and after prior legal notice .

The winner will be responsible for any fiscal or tax charges that the acceptance of the prize may entail, as well as any other expenses arising from the promotion that are not expressly assumed by Y-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L. in these Legal Bases.

A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days is established from the date of the awarding of the prize, to make any reasoned claim. Y-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L. reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of similar characteristics if necessary.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, abusive or discriminatory or that may violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image will not be allowed either. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by the comments made by the participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other participants.

7.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant with respect to the prize obtained from this Promotion, and do not assume any responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that may be suffered by the Participants, winner or third parties.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the eventthat this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in the same, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control ofY-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the same, including the participation web page.

8.- FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM

The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Facebook/Instagram so Participants release Facebook from any liability for any damages arising from the same.

10.- CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional rules, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of participants in the Promotion.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify the promotional bases if the number of participants in the same does not reach the minimum of 50.

11.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Alicante will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfillment of these rules.
