PROMOTION 50% OFF THE SECOND UNIT

The "Buy 2, Get the Second Unit at 50% Off" promotion allows customers to purchase two products and get 50% off the second unit on jackets and pants.

1. Validity of the Promotion:

   • This promotion is valid only at Motocenter Company physical stores.
   • Not applicable for online purchases.

2. Products Included:

   • Promotion applies exclusively to jackets and pants.
   • Other types of products and accessories are excluded from the promotion.

3. Discount Application:

   • The 50% discount will be applied to the lower priced product.
   • In case both products are the same, the discount will be applied to the second unit.

4. Additional Conditions:

   • This promotion is not valid in combination with any other discount.
   • Not combinable with other current offers or promotions.

5. Limitations:

   • Promotion is subject to stock availability at each store.
   • Motocenter Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

6. Liability:

RENOVE PLAN CONDITIONS

Motocenter Company's RENOVE PLAN will be in force from May 15 until August 31.

1. Location: The Plan Renove will be applicable in our physical stores, Motocenter Company Alicante and also online through our website.

2. Compatibility with other promotions: The Plan Renove will not be compatible and applicable to other offers in force, and only in products previously selected by Motocenter Company, the payment of the garments delivered will be with the value of VAT included.

3. Plan Renove physical and online: For the purchase of your new equipment in Motocenter Company we value your old equipment in any of our physical stores or online store discounting the equivalent value of the garment delivered, which has been previously assessed by our sales team both physically and via email through the images provided by the customer. The products accepted for renewal will be: jackets, pants, shoes, gloves, helmets and intercoms.

4. Valuation of the old equipment: Our store specialists will evaluate the condition of the equipment delivered, to determine the value to be discounted in your purchase of the new equipment, up to a maximum value of 150 euros in the total purchase, discount up to 20% included.

5. Online valuation and sending of the old equipment: To get the discount online, customers must send an email to motocentercompany@gmail.com with a photo of their old equipment. Our team will value the equipment and will grant a discount equivalent to the estimated value of the old equipment in their next purchase. Customers must send their old equipment by their own means to the address that will be provided after the valuation.

6. Application of the credit note: The discount of the delivered garment will be deducted from your purchase. Under no circumstances will the difference be paid in cash or by bank transfer.

7. Purchase of the new equipment:

- Products must be in stock in our warehouses at the time of purchase.

- This PROMOTION is not applicable to products in outlet or with discounts of more than 20%.

8. Destination of your garment: The equipment delivered will be donated to the biker organization KM SOLIDARITY. The first NGO MOTORCYCLE of Spain.

9. Additional conditions: At any time, Motocenter reserves the right to modify the conditions without prior notice.

10. Promotion not valid for products not available in stock during the time of the promotion, only valid until end of stock of products in stock.

11. Return: If any refund on the purchase of new equipment for which old equipment has been delivered, Motocenter will maintain a period of 60 days from the end of the offer, to make such return and recover the old equipment or an equivalent discount voucher on products that meet the conditions of the promotion.
