The following General Conditions of Contract shall apply to business relationships of any kind between Y-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L.And the customer. Customers may be both entrepreneurs and consumers.
The representation of the products in the online storedoes not constitute a binding offer but merely a non-binding online catalog of the range of goods. By clicking on the "Buy" button the customer submits a binding order for the goods placed in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, a confirmation of receipt of the order is sent.
The purchase contract is only concluded with our separate order confirmation. The text of the contract is saved and the order data as well as the General Terms and Conditions are sent to the customer by e-mail. The customer can view and view all previous orders in the Log-in area.
The language of the contract is Spanish.
Right of revocation
Provided that the customer is a final consumer, he shall have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, except for customized products and/or products specifically ordered by the factory for the customer. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a person commissioned by the customer - other than the carrier - has taken possession of the last goods.

You also have the option to electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement through our contact form. If you make use of this option, we will inform you without delay in a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) of the receipt of such withdrawal.
Consequences of revocation
If the customer revokes this contract, we shall refund all payments made by the customer to us, including delivery costs (except for those additional costs resulting from the fact that the customer has opted for a type of delivery other than the most economical standard type offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received notice of the revocation of this contract. We shall use the same form of payment for the return as the customer has chosen for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed; in no case shall the customer be charged any consideration for such return. We may refuse or reject the return until we have received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof of return shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier.
The customer shall send back or deliver the goods to us without delay and in any case not later than fourteen days from the day on which he informs us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the customer sends back the goods before the expiry of the deadline. We shall bear the costs for the return shipment of the goods.
The customer shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if such loss is caused by any handling or operation not intended to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of revocation
No right of revocation shall be applicable in the following cases:
delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which the individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal requirements,
delivery of sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return when the sealing has been removed after delivery
delivery of audio or video recordings or computer programs in sealed packaging when the sealing has been removed after delivery,
delivery of newspapers, magazines or graphic publications, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage due to improper or negligent handling or incorrect assembly, improper use of accessories or modifications of the original parts by the customer or a third party not designated by Y-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L.
Wear and tear caused by wear and tear is also excluded from the warranty.
If the customer accepts goods or the subject matter of the contract despite knowledge of a defect, he shall only be entitled to rectification to the extent described below if he reserves this right explicitly, in writing and without delay upon receipt of the goods.
Y-FACTOR LEVANTE Invoices S.L.Shall be payable immediately and without discount, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment shall be made in cash on delivery. Prepaid orders will only be shipped after receipt of the payment amount. In the case of payment by credit card, the actual debiting of the account shall take place when the invoice is drawn up and the goods are dispatched. The total amount is reserved on the credit card directly when the customer submits the order online.
Y-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L.Reserves the right to refuse checks and other non-cash means of payment. Acceptance shall always and only take place by means of payment. Payments in foreign currency shall be paid according to the bank computation. Bank charges shall be borne by the customer.
If the customer defaults in the payment of the purchase price, the amount of the purchase price shall bear interest at five percentage points above the respective base interest rate during the delay. In the event that Y-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L.If a demonstrably higher default interest has demonstrably accrued, the latter shall be entitled to claim it from the customer.
The delivered goods remain the property of Y-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L. until full payment of all claims due to the customer is satisfied, including all existing secondary claims, provided that the customer is a merchant within the meaning of the Commercial Code. In the case of contracts with end-consumers, Y-FACTOR LEVANTE will S.L.The property is reserved until full payment of the purchase price is satisfied.
Until full payment of the purchase price has been made, the customer shall not be entitled to sell the goods to third parties or to act or take any action that may jeopardize the property of Y-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L.The customer assigns to Y-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L.Its future claims against the purchaser for the amount of the purchase price agreed between Y-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L.And the customer, together with interest and secondary order claims. Y-FACTOR LIFT S.L.. accepts this assignment.
Only Spanish law shall apply to the exclusion of international commercial law.
The place of execution of the legal transaction for all services resulting from business relations with the company Y-FACTOR LEVANTE S.L.Is Alicante (Spain), provided that the client is a merchant, legal entity under public law or special assets under public law.
