when can I request a warranty?

You can request a warranty when the purchased product presents manufacturing defects. It is essential to have the invoice or the purchase receipt.

what is the deadline for requesting a warranty?

You can benefit from the warranty conditions for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase or within the period indicated by the manufacturer. The warranty of a product replaced within the deadline does not generate a new period. The same warranty period of the originally purchased product is maintained.


how does the warranty work?

We will arrange for the collection of the defective product at your home.

If, indeed, the product has a manufacturing defect, we will send your product repaired, or replaced by a new one (we will proceed to the solution deemed most appropriate between our store and the manufacturer). In exceptional cases of lack of stock by the manufacturer, we will offer you a similar product or a refund of the amount paid.

If it is proven that the product does not have a manufacturing defect and the manufacturer does not accept the warranty, it will be returned and the customer will have to assume the shipping costs derived from the shipment to the manufacturer, collection from your home and subsequent shipping.
