CONDITIONS OF RETURN

You can take advantage of the return conditions during the following 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order.

when can I return a product?

You can return the product and recover the full amount of its value if it does not meet your expectations, as long as it meets the following conditions:

  • That the product does not show signs of having been used, such as stains, wear and tear or odors.
  • That it keeps the labels attached to the product as they were sent, as well as the seals or blister seals.
  • That the original packaging, manuals and accessories or promotional gifts are in good condition and properly packaged.
  • In the case of motorcycle helmets, you must also keep the protective film of the screen.
  • In the case of having purchased the product in any of our physical stores, you must keep and present the invoice or the purchase receipt, and the credit card payment slip, if this was the payment method used.

If any of these conditions are not met, MotoCenter Company reserves the right not to accept the return or, in the case of doing so, to apply a cost for the devaluation of the product.

Conditions of return applicable to the use of discount codes or gifts for purchase

In the case of promotions for additional discount code applied to the total amount of the cart, when returning any of the products regardless of their price, the promotional amount will be excluded in the refund. This applies to the promotion of "5€ for newsletter subscription" and any other present or future promotion.

In the case of promotions with gift or special price for joint purchase of several products, the return must also include the gift or waiver of the promotional price, and the customer may choose to keep the product in promotion at the conventional RRP.

In the case of the Secure Gift Promotion, we have a surprise for you: with each purchase, you will receive a special gift from us. But remember, if you decide to return part of your purchase and the total is below 69 euros, we will ask you to return the gift as well. If you decide to keep it, we will simply add its value to your invoice. We want your shopping experience to be the best it can be. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

what products can't I return?

Customized products or products ordered specifically for the customer, those involving electrical equipment adapted to the motorcycle or carburetion, are not subject to the usual return conditions.

  • Suspensions
  • Any item that is specific to a particular motorcycle (e.g.: protection bars, skid plates, seats, pannier racks, etc. as it is a special order for a particular model and year).
  • Exhaust
  • Especially large or small sizes, shorts or long pants
  • Undergarments that are in contact with the skin, such as undershirts or undershirts, tights and culottes.
  • Electronic products such as GPS, etc. that have been unsealed from their original box.

Return costs

If you decide to return a product, the customer will have to take the product to the collection point that you select from the mail that Motocenter will have sent you. Consequently, the costs derived from the postage and handling of the product will be borne by the customer, according to the following rates:

  • Peninsular Spain: 9€
  • The returns from the Canary Islands, Andorra, Portugal or Balearic Islands will be made on behalf of the customer both in the shipment, as regards the shipping costs and costs incurred by customs clearance.

In case you decide to send the product to Motocenter Company by your means or to return it in one of our stores, no amount will be applied in concept of return costs (it is obligatory to process previously the request of return via web and to receive the document of authorization before making the delivery in store or the shipment of the packages). Subsequently and if necessary, the package must be sent to Motocenter Company (Av. Hospital 10, 03550 San Juan de Alicante, Alicante). Make sure you have an RMA return number that will be provided by our Customer Service Department.

In case of returns of purchase of goods of significant volume or weight, such as panniers, top case, domes, manifolds, crankcase covers, etc., the shipping costs of sending the product to you will be deducted from the amount of your return, even if the return has been made at the customer's expense or returned in one of our centers.

In returns of purchases of orders that have been charged shipping costs (orders under 69 €), will be refunded only the amount of the product, not the shipping costs.

In case of returns of orders in which a free promotional gift (t-shirt, keychain, neck warmer, etc.) has been enjoyed, when returning the order, the gift must be included in the shipment. In case it is a partial return, the gift must be returned if the amount of the garments that the customer keeps is less than the minimum amount for the gift, which may vary depending on each promotion.

In case the customer wants to keep the promotional gift, the commercial value of the gift will be deducted from the amount of the return.

If the product has left our warehouses and is in transport by the courier company, in the event that the shipment is refused, it will be considered for all purposes a return.

how should I wrap a product for its return?

  • The product must be wrapped in its original packaging, making sure to pack it in the same way you received it, to ensure that it is not damaged in transit.

If the product arrives in conditions contrary to the indicated thing, Motocenter Company reserves the right not to accept the return of the amount of the product and to reserve the right to make a devaluation of up to 20% in concept of breakage or damages in the original packing. The client would assume the cost of the postage in case of having to return the product for being in bad conditions.

If the product has left our warehouses and is in transport by the courier company, in the event that the shipment is refused, it will be considered for all purposes a return.

when will I receive the refund?

By law, the return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer and user has been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

how do I process the return?

Fill in the application form below. You will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to send your product to the collection point of your choice.

If you decide to take the product to a collection point by your own means, you must do so without any undue delay and having completed the instructions provided in the size exchange email.

In the returns of orders to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Portugal, you must return or deliver the goods directly to us with your own means to Motocenter Company (Av. Hospital 10, 03550 San Juan de Alicante, Alicante).

When you process the return shipment of the product by your own means, you must indicate to the transport company that it is a return of a new product and accompany the purchase invoice.
