Shipping and delivery conditions
where do we ship?
MotoCenter Company ships to all Spain, except Ceuta and Melilla. We also ship to Andorra and Portugal. Exceptionally, we can process orders to other destinations, with specific conditions for each country.
how can I receive my order?
Through the web https://www.tiendamotocenter.com/en/ you can receive your purchase directly at home, pick up your order at a delivery point of the carrier or pick it up at one of the physical stores that we currently have.
In the case of sending your order to your home, the transport service will deliver the order during working hours. If delivery cannot be made after two unsuccessful attempts, the carrier will inform us and your order may be returned to our warehouse.
what is the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on availability and is generally shown on each product sheet, indicated in working days and to mainland Spain. In the case of the Canary Islands, delivery is estimated between 7 and 9 working days from the moment the shipment is sent from MotoCenter Company. Delivery times are an estimate and are subject to variations beyond our control.
what are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs in MotoCenter Company are free on orders over 69€ for orders placed in mainland Spain.
For the rest of the cases, the following rates apply:
- Mainland Spain on orders under 69€ - 6€ VAT included
- Balearic Islands - 12€ VAT included
- Canary Islands - 50€ for orders up to 150,24€ and 64€ for orders over 150,24€. (For orders with exceptionally bulky items, our team will contact the customer in order to inform him/her about the final shipping cost).
- Andorra - 10€
- Portugal - 12€ VAT included
For shipments to the Canary Islands, shipping costs include customs clearance and transport costs. The taxes of the Canary Islands I.G.I.C. will be paid by the customer.
For shipments to Andorra, the cost of customs clearance -if any- shall be borne by the customer.
Failures in the shipment
Motocenter Company cannot be held responsible for the non-fulfilment of the contract in case of force majeure, interruption of the activity, total or partial strike, in particular, of the postal services and of transport or communications, flood or fire. If for reasons beyond the control of Motocenter Company your order cannot be delivered, the customer will have the right to request the refund of the total amount of the purchase.
Defective shipment
In the case of receiving the package of the material with signs of having been manipulated or hit, indicate it in the delivery note of the carrier and check the products in the presence of this one. We also advise you to take photographs showing the poor condition of the package.
It is necessary to make claims on shipments within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Otherwise, MotoCenter Company will not be able to justify the damage to the carrier. Please do it through the mail store@motocentercompany.com.
Shipping and delivery conditions Latin America
In the case of shipments to Latin America, shipping costs are calculated according to each shipment, as it depends on the volumetric weight of the package. Once the order is entered into the system, the dimensions of the package will be calculated and thus the actual shipping costs.
The order will be invoiced without VAT.
In no case, Motocenter Company will take charge of any tax rate, taxes, customs expenses or any other concept relative to the entrance of the order in the destination country.
In case of shipments to Latin America, returns are not accepted.
