long live evolution! Under this motto, we have continued to develop our ZEGA pannier systems, and so the name of our latest aluminum suitcase was clear from the start. The ZEGA Evo combines proven robustness thousands of times over with extra convenient handling, partly thanks to a completely new attachment system.

The ZEGA Evo panniers, like all previously manufactured aluminum panniers from Touratech, were not developed as a stand-alone product, but were intended from the outset to be part of a luggage system. The outstanding practical benefits are the result of the unique combination of a stylish, indestructible saddlebag, an ingenious attachment mechanism and a sturdy 18 mm thick stainless steel rack. Matching inner bags and practical accessory holders complement the luggage system (optionally available).

The ZEGA Evo cases offer even easier mounting with an absolutely secure attachment, even in difficult off-road conditions. This results in an exceptional user experience, where optimal ergonomics and comfort are not compromised at all, while maintaining a high level of reliability.

The new lid latches have been designed to maintain the already popular hinge function. This allows the lid to be opened from both sides or removed completely. The lid and base of the saddlebag are manufactured using a modern deep stamping process, eliminating the need for unsightly welds.

The solid connection between the outer shell and base is secured by special high-quality rivets that are water resistant. The lid features a tongue and groove profile with an integrated silicone gasket that ensures a tight seal. In addition, the newly developed ventilation system relieves pressure in or on the saddlebag in case of altitude changes. This means that you can open a saddlebag that you closed in the valley even when you are on the highest mountain road. Like its predecessor, the ZEGA Evo is made of 1.5 mm thick aluminum, which ensures durability and strength.

These combined elements make the ZEGA Evo a highly practical and easy-to-use option, designed to withstand the demands of motorcycle adventurers in any environment, whether in town or off-road.

ZEGA Evo cases are already equipped with practical accessory attachment pins. So you can easily attach the special ZEGA Evo accessory holders without the need to drill holes in your new saddlebag. As with previous versions, the proven attachment eyelets are installed in the lid as standard, so you can securely attach saddlebag lid bags or other items to your ZEGA Evo. The saddlebag is easy to transport thanks to the carrying handle.

Whether silver or black anodized, the new ZEGA Evo also sets the standard for high-quality luggage solutions in terms of design. The redesigned, rounded plastic corners are not just a decorative element. In the event of an accident, they protect both the saddlebag and the rider from injury.

The core element of the ZEGA Evo is a completely newly designed attachment system that combines easy handling with a secure hold. Your case will remain firmly attached to your motorcycle even if very high forces are applied. The mounting procedure is super simple, the locking mechanism is equipped with a safety catch that is active even if you don't lock it, and handling is easy even with the thickest gloves. Simply slide the hooks over the rack and push the tension lever down until it clicks into place. The saddlebag can be additionally secured against theft with a lock on the rack. To remove it, simply pull the tension lever and lift the saddlebag off the rack. The mechanism also works in demanding conditions: dirt, sand, mud, etc.

Our pannier racks are made of 18 mm round stainless steel tubing and guarantee extremely high stability, even off the beaten track. An additional cross bar provides additional stability, which also makes the pannier system suitable for rugged off-road use.
