Thus, it combines aoptimal ergonomics with absolute comfort, without having to compromise on reliability.
The rounded contours of the gripping systems conform to the fingers and allow the release mechanism tois easy to operate allowing for a simple and smooth case attachment/detachment motion. Simply slide the hooks into your motorcycle's luggage rack, push the case all the way in and close the lever to ensure proper attachment of the case. To remove it from the bike, simply pull the clamping lever and lift the case out of its holder. The mechanism also works under difficult conditions: dirt, sand, mud, etc.
The aluminum cases of Touratech, are composed of 3 parts. These are the lid, the body and the base, which is attached to the walls of the case by rivets and a seal that makes them completely watertight. They are not welded, but are aSingle 1.5 mm aluminum plateThickness in the body, lid and base of the case. This feature, withthe absence of welding points gives the side case total resistance and makes them indestructible.
Between the casing and the bottom there is a solid joint which is secured by special waterproof rivets. The cover features a tongue and groove profile with aintegrated silicone gasket ensures absolutely watertight sealing.

The plastic side corners on the Zega PRO and Zega EVO models are attached to the outside of the case, unlike other models in the industry where they are attached to the outside of the casethe corners are parts of the case structure.
