Motorcycle thermal tights are the necessary complement to conventional motorcycle pants to provide extra comfort during the coldest times of the year. Sometimes even seamless to improve the rider's comfort, their main function is to preserve the body temperature when, as a result of the cold and the wind hitting the rider at high speeds, the thermal sensation is very intense cold.

Thermal motorcycle tights, like any thermal clothing item, are made of an insulating and generally breathable material. In addition to providing a first layer that further insulates the rider from the cold outside, it helps to combat moisture on the body which, as it dries in the wind, intensifies the feeling of cold inside the garment. It does so thanks to its ability to absorb body sweat and release it to the outside of the garment.

why are these thermal underpants important?

Also called motorcycle thermal underpants, the mesh protects the motorcyclist from thermal sensations much greater than those indicated by the thermometer. We must take into account that, on any motorcycle other than a scooter (where the legs are more protected), the hands, knees and calves are the most exposed to the cold.

The position on the sides of the legs makes them more unprotected and, therefore, more exposed to the wind coming from the front at high speeds. This circumstance causes the thermal sensation to drop many degrees, which is especially annoying and even dangerous for the motorcyclist. For all these reasons, there are additional garments that can be combined with thermal motorcycle pants, such as: thermal T-shirts, socks, inner winter gloves(undergloves)... in general, all thermal underwear.

Consult the sizing guide if you have doubts and get some motorcycle thermal tights especially if you meet one of these two circumstances: You live in an area near rivers or the sea where humidity is higher; or you live in places where winter is especially harsh, such as inland areas or high altitude.
